DOT DENSITY MAP of HISPANIC POPULATION in MICHIGAN
 
This map shows the distribution of the Hispanic population throughout Michigan, large concentrations in counties in southern Michigan.  The largest population is located in Wayne county, most of the other counties with larger populations are primarily rural in nature, more agriculturally based than manufacturing.

Thematic maps are a good way to relate important data.  The map above gives important information concerning the 2010 population density of the different counties in Michigan.  Notice that the larger populated counties are mostly located in southeastern Michigan, most of which have automotive factories, this contributes to the population because people move close to where they work.
